The research study met IRB ethical standards with fully anonymized, encrypted data handling. No identifiable data were stored. The commercial platform maintains the same standards data encrypted in transit and at rest, anonymized processing, and SOC 2 compliance bridging. Your team’s meeting recordings are processed for syncrony data extraction and then handled according to your data retention preferences. We don’t sell data, share it with third parties, or use your recordings for any purpose beyond your team’s analysis.

Yes — and it was built specifically for this challenge. The research study was conducted entirely with remote teams. The platform analyzes video recordings of virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams, Meet, or any recorded video call) and extracts syncrony data without requiring wearable devices, special hardware, or in-person setup. Hybrid teams work too — as long as your meetings are recorded, the platform can analyze them.
